5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is undeliverable for any reason, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
