About the Product

The body and lid are 100% stainless steel. To ensure uniform heating, the bottom has a core of 4.06 mm thick aluminium sandwiched between two sheets of stainless steel. The base always stays flat, never bulges. Stainless steel stays bright, does not pit or corrode, is easy to clean and extremely hygienic. Can be used safely for light and deep frying and pressure cooking. Ideal for 1 or 2 persons. 100% stainless steel body and lid. Inside fitting safety lid - will not open until the pressure falls. Thick base - stays flat, heats evenly. Hawkins Pressure Cooking can reduce normal cooking time as much as half – you save fuel and therefore money. Also, steaming is ideal for low-calorie, low-fat cooking. It evokes the natural flavours of the food-producing delicious results.
