• 24 hr Cancellations is not acceptable for Tableware, Kitchenware, Decor, Home Furnsishing, Luggage and Electronics.
• Customer is requested to refuse any order which is having tempered Tapping, Kindly call at HomeTown customer care and raise the complaint by providing images of the box.
• For any product, missing quantity Customer should make a video of the opening of the box from the start and then send us the video link for verification for our Team. Customer should call at Customer care and raise the issue. Please note the Video link (Google Drive link) should be shared with us for claiming the missing quantity.
• In case of returns query raised and the customer is willing for a refund only after dicussuion wth our team. In that scenario, we will refund the total money of the Disputed product to the customer after the product will be reaching our warehouse. Once the product is correctly verified by our team only then refund will be done
